I've always appreciated the customer service and quality at Les Schwab Tires. Recently, I needed new tires, and I shopped around for prices and found that Les Schwab had the most competitive price, PLUS I already knew I would receive excellent customer service and a high-quality experience. I was not disappointed! I went to the West Seattle location and felt respected, heard, and understood by the representatives staffing the front area. They quickly replaced my tires, checked the alignment, and matched the quote provided online. I will continue to return to Les Schwab Tires when I need new tires or my tires serviced.

Made an appointment to have Les Schwab take a look at why I kept having a slow leak in one of my tires. I checked in and barely had enough time to enjoy my bag of popcorn and cup of coffee (provided by Schwb) before I was called back to the counter: large screw found, tire repaired, NO CHARGE! Once again Schwab confirmed my husband and I made the right decision to have them maintain all of our vehicles - wheels, tires, brakes. Pure quality service for sure!

They fixed the puncture for FREE and gave me a quote for the two new front tires that I need but told me I would be ok till about end of Spring so I can budget to get them done. As usual I got outstanding service and that’s why I keep coming back. I was getting struts done but one of the guys noticed I had a screw in one of my tires and fixed it at no extra charge. It would have gone flat out on the road. Shawntell (sp?) is great at running the front of the house. Thanks 🙏
