I cannot recommend Les Schwab highly enough! In an age where it seems like customer service is just evaporating, somehow Les Schwab makes my needs feel important every single time I show up. They take care of my needs quickly, professionally, reliably, and they are really nice while they're doing it. I want to particularly recommend this location. I got a flat on a Saturday afternoon, and called them at 3:45 pm. Even though I'd be arriving within an hour of close, they told me they'd take care of me. Because I'd bought the tires at another LS, my tire was under warranty. Less than two hours after my tire went flat, I was on the road again with a new tire, and it only cost me $45. Dakota and his team stayed after close on a Saturday evening to make sure I could get back on the road. I am so grateful for their skill, dedication, and kindness. They made my life better! I'm so grateful.

Mixed experience here. My tire had a nail causing a rapid leak. The staff was polite enough and filled the tire with air for me, but they completely refused to patch or repair it, stating their only option was a full replacement. I took them to an independent shop that put in a plug for $25 so I can replace the tires when they reach the end of their usable life. If you are looking for nuanced diagnostics or a simple patch on an older tire, you're better off supporting an independent shop that has more flexibility.

The employees are courteous and helpful, they'll offer upsells of course but they're always clear and honest about what I need now (and sometimes that's nothing, and they tell me that!) and what I should think about for the future. The work has always been fast and reliable, and I've always been happy with the price. I don't want to NEED to come to Les Schwab, but whenever I do I know I'm in good hands.

View on GoogleNot a good experience AT ALL. I went here because I hit a curb and wanted to get my wheels and tires checked out to make sure everything was okay. After having my car for a little over an hour they gave it back to me after doing a wheel alignment charging me almost $200. I felt issues with the car on the drive home and the next day ended up heading to the Schwab in Ballard where after about 15 minutes of having my car they let me know my rim was badly dented and should have it repaired before having work done. VERY DISSAPOINTED the team at this location missed this mark of completely missing something like this and giving me my car back. Won't recommend this location to any of my family or friends. Please be more thorough on your work.
