Les Schwab Tire Center

Tech was very friendly and competent, service was great in the past. We were hoping to come back this spring for a new set of tires on this car. However, this rating is for the woman at the front desk who was incredibly condescending and full of judgement. We had old tires that the owner could not afford to replace at this time, brought in at 8 am and per the front desk would only take an hour and a half to patch. It took nearly all day, no biggie, you were busy and backups happen, luckily there was no dependency on this vehicle being back in a timely manner today and we were understanding about it. I've bought 3 sets of tires on my account, but the car we brought in was under a different owner, who I hoped would have a good first experience. Upon returning for pick up this afternoon, she scowled at him, made sure she said rudely "oh the car with the really old tires?" and dropped the keys on the counter dismissively as if it were such a waste of time to even share air. You think people want to have to drive with tires that they'd rather replace? Really helps to try to make others feel even worse about their circumstances right? You don't know anything about your customers. This person has been through absolute hell and the last thing they needed was your classist BS when they just need to be able to safely get to work. Keep your judgement to yourself next time. 2 stars only because I'd give 0 for her treatment but acknowledge the good work and kindness of the tech. On that note, thank you so much to the tech who shared a great breakfast recommendation and made him feel at ease despite dealing with tight circumstances. However, your front desks behavior has just about lost someone who was hoping to come back for his first set of new tires and my service as well for 2 other vehicles, he will not be return after that experience and I'll be hard pressed to.

Had my tire blow out, was under warranty unfortunately the alignment hadn’t been correct. The guys brought me out and showed exactly why it wasn’t covered but knew I had to get back on the road. Gave me a used tire just to help out, all in span of 2 hours Awesome place

Let’s set the scene- I have been a Les Schwab customer for my entire life. I remember the free steak era! I have always been happy with the service, and have referred many people over the years. I am also a pretty “easy grader” if you look at my other reviews they are generally positive. I am sitting in the waiting room right now waiting to be towed off of their lot. I needed a rim they couldn’t find. So it goes…That is not why I am panning them. The manger bent over backwards to NOT help me get the serial number off the damaged rim. Zero interest in a creative solution. Zero interest in retaining my business. Wouldn’t let me pay them, wouldn’t let me do it myself. Just wanted me gone. Fine. Gone for good. You may also find out that as loudly as I tend to recommend business who are reasonable, I will tell everyone I know to find a different tire shop. So why two stars instead of zero? One star for all those years of good service, and another one for the employees who seem to be doing their best to keep up the customer service despite their manager

These people are absolutely amazing. My dad had a tire leak and took it in. Turns out it had come slightly off the rim. They fixed it for free. I noticed a bunch of brake dust appearing on my front wheels and took it in worried there might be an issue. The woman at the counter explained that it was probably nothing to worry about, but they would take a look (even though they had a completely full lot of cars waiting for service). Three hours later (as promised), they had done a full brake inspection complete with pad measurements and told me I didn't need any immediate work. Two different people, same results. Honest, fast service with no upsell. That kind of treatment is rare these days. I cannot recommend them enough, and will be using them in the future.

Worst customer service ever. Stopped in last night for a flat tire(my tires are recently purchased from a Les Schwab) no available time. Asked about coming back in the morning and they told me they didn’t take appointments it’s first come first serve. So today I walk up and they ask if I have an appointment??? Also they can’t get to a flat until 5pm. I walked in at 10:45 am. So which is it… you don’t take appointments or you need to make one. Will definitely never purchase tires from Les Schwab again. Worst customer service.
