Overall, I had a good experience and was satisfied with the service. The staff was professional, and the work was completed well. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a communication issue. When I asked about adding an oil change and tire rotation, I was told that I would receive the pricing later that day. However, I never received a follow-up and had to contact the shop again myself to get the information. Once I reached out, they provided the pricing, and everything moved forward smoothly. Other than that, the service was great, and I would consider using them again in the future.

I do not recommend bringing your car to this collision center. I have never experienced such poor customer service before. We brought our car here after it was involved in a serious accident for a complete inspection and repair. Unfortunately, the person assigned to inspect and estimate the damage was biased, unprofessional, rude, and even insulted us by calling us names. We were not trying to have the car declared a total loss. Our only concern was ensuring that the vehicle was safe to drive and that it received a thorough inspection. Instead, he dismissed our concerns, insisted the car was fine despite the severity of the accident, and seemed interested only in repairing the visible body damage rather than addressing potential safety issues. He did not listen to our concerns or take them seriously. Because of this experience, we decided to take our car to another collision center. They were professional, listened carefully to our concerns, performed a detailed inspection, and properly addressed the underlying problems. Please avoid this place if you’re recommending by your insurance

I had my parked truck hit and I was scared. I brought here and they fixed and cleaned it nice, like dealership nice. I'm not scared anymore, and happy with truck again. Blademiro the estimater, the mechanics, the painters, the washers/detailers, everyone at Lee's are masters at what they do.

Been here twice now, both because we got into minor car accidents so Lee’s replaced the parts. What I appreciated the most was their push notifications on the latest updates to our car so that we could get an idea of when we’d get our car back. Quality work, communication, and delivered on time or earlier. I’ll be returning if future work is needed.
