We discovered a nail in our tire and our tire PSI was 6, but it was memorial day, so not many shops were open. We stumbled upon Lake Union Tire & Auto Service and luckily they were open! We called and were told to come in before 5pm. The tire could not be repaired, so our options were a used tire at around $70 out the door or new tires for all 4 for $500 out the door. We barely drive the car & it is still relatively new, so we opted for the used tire. The change took about an hour since they were with anothe customer, but Darwin was nice and friendly! We appreciate the variety of options and the fast service.

I got a nail in my tire and happened to be just a few minutes away from Lake Union Tire, which now feels very lucky! My car made it to the shop where I was quickly informed that my tires were overdue to be replaced, and a repair was possible but not advised. (The tires were last changed in 2020, before I bought the car and put 35k miles on it, so this seemed fair!) Darwin diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me, swapped out my tires, and had me out of there in less than an hour. The price couldn't be beat, and I absolutely recommend this spot!
