They worked on it And I got it back the same day. The price was very reasonable, I do trust them. It was a great relief. They were all very kind, and work hard. View on GoogleLake City Autoworks is GREAT. Took my truck in to get new brakes, knew it would take a half day. Karl put 2 guys on it because he knew I had to wait (live too far away) to get it done quicker. So awesome. And then gave me a heads up on other things I might need to get done on the truck in the next year based on his diagnostic, but said they didn’t need to be done now or even at Lake City. We had a convo about how I use the truck and he changed some of his recommendations based on the payload we carry around. It felt like I had an advocate giving me guidance on how to care for this truck. 3 year warranty on the brake job too. Plus online scheduling??? Love this place.
