Jeff's Auto Repair was amazing-- I've used them twice now. They ran a diagnostic to discover other issues on my car, which I appreciated. And after fixing those other issues (suspension, in my case), it ended up fixing what I thought was a brake issue. I'm glad I had them check that before just blindly replacing the brakes. Finally, they finished work on my car a day before the estimated timeline. I haven't tried many different mechanics, but I've found their pricing to be reasonable. I will be coming back here.

Balardo is mamager and this is the vibe you want from a repair shop. He cares, and his team is cool, honest, and straight up I hsve not seen auto shops this cool simce I lived in the Bronx NY! When a franchise (can you say Meineke?) pretended to be cool, they lied, overcharged me, added fake extra fees & kind of "forgot" how to simply install a new valve cover gasket right (do they leave the juice bottle top umscrewed so juice flies everyehere at home?). Thus I had a car that would not turn over cuz that other place (who??) was more focused on upselling, forgot a reveipt and they never tightened the new gasket, and left their pliers and some random plastic tops under hood when I wondered ehy my oil was down. Jeff's Auto took it in stride, hooked me up. New spark plugs, no more oil in my tubes, stalling my car, and a new valve gasket cover replacement done right and tight without the franchise high prices. Jeff's Auto is my only go to, they are cool, ol school, easy going, they care. No surprises except very good ones! Tell a friend...Seattle's #1 auto repair shop is right here. No need for the rest......this is the best!!! Roo says...."woof thanks"...now her pawsome driver can take her to the trails again without them being stuck in the parking lot for hours with a stalled car!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my car in for a simple diagnostic because of a misfire, and instead of properly identifying the issue, they immediately pushed for an expensive repair that didn’t fix the problem. I was charged around $750 for a mass air flow sensor replacement, but the misfire was still there afterward. That tells me the diagnosis was either rushed or inaccurate. After that, they continued suggesting more repairs, which felt like an attempt to upsell rather than actually solve the issue. At that point, I had to step in and tell them to only replace the spark plugs—something that should have been checked much earlier given the symptoms. What bothered me most is the lack of clear, honest communication. I didn’t feel like they were trying to fix my car efficiently—I felt like they were trying to increase the bill step by step. I understand repairs can be complex, but charging that much for a part that didn’t resolve the issue is not acceptable. I feel like I wasted my money here. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you’re prepared to question every repair and price. Very frustrating experience.

It was my first time using Jeff's Auto repair and the service was excellent the price was reasonable and they got the job done within 2 hours on the same day I called them. Definitely will use them again. Thank you so much for your service.

Worse experience. I’ve been going to this place for years and it has gotten so bad! They accepted my appointment/car, went there the day of the appointment, drove my “faulting” car there bc they said they could help, only to find out they no longer work on Mercedes, since last month, and can’t help me. Even though they could see the model of the car when booking and the manager needs to approve the appointments (which he did!), they still had me drive there so to tell me onsite/at my appointment that corporate’s policy is they can’t say “no” to appointments. So I had to drive my broken car there, wait an hour plus, with everyone bumbling around, no information, and the employees complaining about corporate endlessly. Huge waste of time. They then had to tow my car to another one of their locations, one that has the proper mechanic but they won’t be able to get to it for days! So now I’ll be car-less for days and still don’t know the issue. Additionally annoyed that they put my safety at risk bc they couldn’t be honest from the beginning.
