Highly recommend! Funny enough, I actually met him last year in San Francisco when his friend, who had a mobile phone repair business, came to fix the screen on this exact same phone. At the time, his friend introduced him to me and mentioned that he was learning the business and planned to start his own mobile repair company in Seattle. Fast forward to this week—I shattered my screen and remembered that conversation. I looked him up online to see if he had ever started his business, and sure enough, he had! I reached out, and he was at my house in less than an hour. He replaced my shattered screen in about 20 minutes, and everything is now working perfectly. Looking back, I think the original repair on this phone was never quite right, and I'd had minor issues with the screen ever since. I just kept putting off getting it fixed until it finally shattered and forced me to do something about it. He was professional, friendly, personable, and incredibly efficient. The convenience of having someone come directly to my home, combined with the quality of the work and fair pricing, made the experience so much better than dealing with the Apple Store. grateful for the quick help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing phone repairs.
