We have taken our vehicles to High Road for years. High Road is fair in pricing and trustworthy in evaluating what the vehicles need by separating essential maintenance from non-essential. They communicate very effectively, with plenty of details in an understandable way, timely updates on the work, and precise estimates. No surprises.
View on GoogleWe have had four different Hondas maintained by High Road since the early 1990's. An Accord, an Accord Wagon, a CR-V, and a Fit acquired with their assistance. The work was always exceptional and the service extraordinary. We enjoyed a long association with the two brothers until we moved out of Seattle. I would recommend High Road to anyone wanting high quality work performed by a trustworthy shop. They are meticulous in their care and attention to each vehicle and to every customer. A wonderful outfit!

View on GoogleThis is one of my saving graces- I named her Sunshine and literally everytime I bring her in to High Road Automotive - whether it be for a routine oil change or when they fixed some belt (I don't know much about cars) I have always noticed how much better my car drives. I've never experienced that before from a mechanic. Having a place to take my car and have that complete trust means so much to me and I feel so lucky I found them. Being a single female with little car knowledge it can be a little scary taking your car in so I am grateful I have a place full of competent people I trust. Bonus is Natasha is amazing! She is not only super helpful with outlining what is priority with maintenance for my car but she is also really an amazing human and has made my experiences with High Road that much more satisfying. Thank you!!!
View on GoogleBrought in for rear brakes, tire rotation and oil change. Safety inspection found a sticky piston in the front caliper so had that done. They did a great job, my cars runs as good as new. It somehow runs better than when I brought it in so maybe a minor tune as well but not that I paid for? Anyways, super happy to keep my 7 year old subi mountain car in the game.
