Been taking my cars here for years and they have always gone above and beyond. Cleaning the car, not nickel and diming you for every small thing, really trying to do right by their customers. The shop dog is also 10/10. They do great work!
View on GooglePaul and Yuchu at H&I have been exceptional to fix our car quickly and affordable! Our Mazda CX-5 is looking like it’s brand new! Few years ago, they did a wonderful job on our BMW, and this time we went straight to them, not even looking for competing estimates. Yuchu and Paul have made us comfortable both times and they were very patient at explaining the cost estimate to us! While initial estimate included everything to make the car back to original shape, we asked for only some of the fixes, which they were happy to help with! And they even cleaned the car for us, which we really appreciate! They are truly a gem, and while I hope we won’t have any more car issues, I know where we will go if we do!
View on GoogleWent through the Costco car wash, and my side view mirror that I had previously tried to glue on, was dangling. Searched for a body shop between Costco and Capitol Hill to see if there was an easy fix . Stumbled on to h&i. They determined that a new mirror needed to be ordered but they would try to find a used one. 2 weeks later we returned when the mirror arrived and they gleefully announced that they had found a used one and it would save me $100. We left the car there, had a lovely lunch near uwajimaya, returned and not only had they fixed the mirror, but repaired a sticky seat belt latch and washed the car!!! Amazing service! Nice, hardworking people, adorable dog! Highly recommend this old fashioned, family owned, honest business. A rarity these days! 10 stars if I could !

View on GoogleThis place is always really flexible on how they do repairs, and very thoughtful of the outcome per dollar. They were able to fix up my car after a hit and run pretty well for way less than I expected, and while it's not like new, I probably won't think about it again.
