I am very particular where I get my ferrari worked on, but finesse is literally the main shop I go to for work. Not only were they amazing this time in that they custom fabricated brackets to ensure an under panel would fit on my car when the original tabs were gone, but they worked lighting fast! They also got my new tail lights on and new badges on super quick! They even found air bubbles in my tires I didn't even notice and let me know immediately, which I had taken care of by them the same day they let me know. 5 stars is not enough... all 10s across the board! Ferrari, Porsche, AMGs, M cars, whatever you have they are amazing working with. 10/10!

I brought my diesel Porsche to Finesse Auto Shop for what should have been a routine oil change and specifically asked that AdBlue/DEF be topped off because I was leaving town for the weekend. Halfway through my trip, my check engine light came on followed by a warning that I had approximately 150 miles remaining before the vehicle would no longer restart. I ended up being stranded. Whether the AdBlue was not filled, not filled correctly, or poor-quality fluid was used, this is a basic service function that I expected to be completed properly before sending me on my way. When spending $333.52 for an oil change, I expect a lot more! Instead, I ended up with warning lights, a vehicle that became unusable, and hundreds of dollars in wasted travel expenses and disruption to my weekend.

Here’s a polished version: I couldn’t be more impressed with this shop. They recently helped with a exhaust/header installation on a 992 GT3 RS, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the very first phone call, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to help. They hit every deadline they committed to, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made everything seamless. What really stood out was that their support didn’t stop after the installation was complete. They continued to answer questions and provide assistance, demonstrating a level of customer service that’s hard to find these days. These guys are true professionals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.
