I've take all my vehicles here for tire changes. Their service has always been prompt and the interaction with staff helpful. Recently, they were able to quickly locate speciality 4x4 tires, install and do an alignment all within one day. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service.
View on GoogleAlistair coordinated the brake repair I needed. He was by far the best customer service person I had ever met. He was very detailed and honest about the cost. I made some calls before making the appointment and they had the best prices of anyone and offered me a discount. I’m out of fixed income and this really worked well for me. The repair was done really quickly. I really appreciate express tires and auto services. They have a good business and I definitely will return for other needs as they come up.

While I came there for a tire change and alignment, a different (but somewhat related) issue was identified as the work was being done. The team did their best while problem-solving to get everything completed in the shortest amount of time and at the lowest cost - all with a genuine desire to help. I highly recommend this place.
View on GoogleEveryone here is so kind and helpful, and I'm happy they're in the neighborhood. Aside from periodic maintenance like oil changes and new tires, they helped me out in a pinch when my car's taillights were out and I was late for work, and handled it right away. They're often busy, and there's usually a wait, but they know how to triage and will help people with minor stuff, too, like putting air in your tires, etc. Always pleasant, reliable, and professional. I keep coming back and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had a screw in my tire on Friday that was causing a leak was told by a local tire place that I could bring it in Saturday before they open and would have to leave my car there the entire day before they would be able to fix it. I didn’t have time to do that so I looked up on Saturday when I could get it fixed. All of the local tire stores are closed both Sunday and Monday! This was the only place that was still open on Sunday. I called and they were taking walk-ins! I was able to go in and get the tire fixed within an hour. It was so great! Highly recommend!
