My first time to get my car fixed here, all I can say is they exceeded my expectations! My admiration for people who are very honest, upfront and not taking advantage of your situation, especially when your a girl, having your car fixed with little or no knowledge at all about cars. There's always this fear, second thoughts at the back of your head that they'll just take advantage of you. But with Eric and his team, I may say brothers and nephews, they were able to help me gain that trust and I'm so happy with the service they provided, that goes with the fair price that I never expected and was really surprised when Eric handed me the receipt. This is my first time working with them and I'm hoping that it would all be this easy to deal and talk to them. Would definitely go back with every problem or issue with my car. I brought my car in after a breakdown on the road. If I hadn't had them fix it, I would have had to have it towed. I wish every day I had simply done that instead of paying them for the work, but they kept calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to approve their estimate for the work and eventually I just said yes. They charged me for 6 hours of labor and then called me just over an hour after I approved the work to say it was done. There's no way they had 6 people working on the car. They charged me for an oil change that wasn't needed (the last one had been done less than 2 months prior, not even 1000 miles on the new oil) and changed a valve and spark plugs that had also *just* been replaced. I wasn't confident in the work they did. I felt like I'd been taken for an easy mark because of the situation. So, I brought it to a shop that came highly recommended through my community and where folks were a lot more communicative and thorough. Those folks noticed right away that a seal was damaged that can only be reached while doing the work that Eric's had done. Whether it was something they messed up themselves or something they just hadn't taken care of while they were in there, that was unjustifiable. I think they knew that they'd messed up, because when I called to complain they were like "yep bring it in we'll take care of it" -- but I am not sure it's even been taken care of, because there's still a lot of fluid around that seal. However, they did use that opportunity to try to sell me another service for $1500 -- almost triple what the more reputable shop said it would cost. When I called them out on it, they tried to say it's because they use higher-quality parts. They immediately tried to neg the other shop even without knowing who it was. Because I paid cash, there's nothing I can do to get my money back. I don't personally feel these actions align with honesty, reputability, or trustworthiness. Frankly, I feel scammed.

Be careful me and 1 other person I know went to this place for an oil change. Some time after that our engines started overheating. When we took them into the dealership for an emergency they said there was no oil whatsoever. That means he took our money, and didn’t even do the work he charged us for! That’s called fraud. It’s illegal and other should beware Be aware!
