This is the way auto service should be - professional, reasonably priced, and honest. The work we get done is consistently good, without upselling. Lee has always treated us well, telling us the unfortunate truth when our car's transmission was failing, rather than pushing an expensive repair. Dere is fast and efficient - just a good neighborhood business.
View on GoogleDere has been my go to garage for over two decades. Lee and his team are fair, fast and honest when it comes to repairs and the work your car needs. They've kept my 2006 Mustang purring right along!
View on GoogleI was first introduced to Dere Auto with the West Seattle location (closed after the two locations consolidated staff to just one location) and I now drive half an hour each way to get my car diagnosed and repaired by Dere Auto in South Seattle. Staff are professional, kind, and informative and have taken the time to accurately diagnose issues while being transparent about which services are urgent and which can wait. Pricing is extremely fair and I often save a few hundred dollars compared to what other auto shops want to charge me for identical services.
View on GoogleBest auto mechanics in Seattle. They have kept our old cars running for 20 years.
View on GoogleI have been going to Dere auto for over 20 years. Lee has never lied to me. He has never charged me more than what he estimated. He has never told me to fix something when it didn't need it.
