My rear passenger brake on my Honda Ridgeline seized and locked about a block from D & D Brakes. Google said they stopped taking appointments at noon on Saturdays, and I walked in at 11:53. They were able to get my truck in & out same day with a full rear overhaul for about a quarter of the cost at the dealer! They even swapped windshield wipers and filled my fluid for me. Honest, helpful business; honest, helpful work. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleThis place is the best. And Tom is the man! I was concerned about a loud screeching when I was reversed, also just general brake tension, and squeakiness that wouldn’t go away. I filled out a form, they contacted me same day, I took my car in the following morning and they called less than an hour later to tell me that they adjusted a few things in the rear brakes, and it was no charge. They take really good care of you, they’re incredibly honest and upfront and explain things thoroughly. Being a young woman, it is hard to understand car lingo and they make it tangible and are patient with you. When I picked up my car, Tom told me that he noticed my side mirror was loose and tightened it for me. I didn’t even know this could be done, I thought it was broken. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the crew here will make a loyal customer for life. Thank you guys!

View on GoogleVery honest! I came in to get my brakes checked because they’ve been making sounds and was a little worried about getting scammed being a young woman and all that. But they told me that everything looks fine and to come back after 8-10k miles! They basically said “no need to spend money, you’re all good” Will definitely be coming back. Only took like 10 minutes too.
View on GoogleI cannot recommend these guys enough. It was a super quick turn around, instead of changing both front and back brakeson my request, they recommended waiting on the back. The rate and turnaround were stellar. I had to make an abrupt stop at high speed days after and my concern about "a good deal on brakes" was washed away. They worked well. Phew!
