Have you seen those curbs in downtown Seattle that jut out onto the road? (Yesler & James) On a dark, rainy, morning and with a single lane half blocked with cones- as I turned my sedan and drove straight over that curb and blew out my front and back passenger tires immediately! So 7am. I call AAA, I have to select a car repair shop on the app- where am I having my car towed to at 8am in downtown Seattle?! What a nightmare- I thought for sure, this will take days, this will cost me an inordinate amount of money! I called the closest garage, was surprised to get an answer and be told they could likely get to my vehicle that day, got tire orders in the afternoon. I got a call when my car went in, explained what my options were, was given a choice of options with prices, and an ability to see line items of cost on web app I was sent via text. By 5:30pm I was back in my vehicle driving home hyper vigilant of curbs. I thought my costs were very respectable for a business in Seattle and for same day service. Everyone I interacted with was gracious and kind. So, staring at AAA app trying to pick a place? Live nearby and need work done? This is a safe selection. Beware the Seattle curbs!

Genuinely the best car shop ive come across! I just moved to the Seattle area and my car is my life line, i was so nervous that I wouldnt be able to afford the repairs, especially after being to so many shops that heavily upcharged. Brian was able to help me figure out a plan that worked best for me and they fixed all the problems my car had!! Very kind and helpful group of people. Ill recommend them to everyone i know!!

Budd &Co is a neighborhood shop and I decided to try them out recently when my clutch was having trouble. They were fantastic! They got me in and diagnosed the issue quickly. Not only were they fair with pricing but they helped with finding some discounts when I faced a big repair. They fixed my car in a very reasonable timeframe. I had a 5-star experience and will take my car in again next time I need repairs or maintenance.

Came in for an oil change. Scheduled it day of. Easily got an appointment. The garage team and office guys were all very welcoming. Most reasonable price Ive paid for oil change in Seattle. As a young lady i usually feel targeted for naiveness in auto shops, but I did not feel that here at all and they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff like other places usually do. Service was quick, and they left a sweet treat for me and even cleaned my floor mats! Definitely recommend them!

In a city full of brand new teslas, Budd & Co saw my gorgeous girl Cynthia for the gift she is (and also saw the anxious attachment I have to my 30+ year old beater wit a heater). Aaron at the front desk was kind, helpful, and had an amazing sense of humor. I shared my previous experience going to mechanics as a female (one tried to charge me $80 for a wiper fluid refill I didn’t need. no I’m not joking) and Aaron assured me right off the bat that Budd&Co doesn’t discriminate based on gender. Was it a teeny bit pricey? Of course- but these mechanics gotta pay Seattle rent too! I honestly got a more than fair price and Aaron helped me get the best bang for my buck. Great communication too- she was in the shop for 3 days and I got many texts and calls about her condition each time, plus detailed work orders that could be authorized online instantly. Definitely headed back to get my rear calipers done when my next paycheck hits.
