Big E Auto Rebuild | Auto Body Shop Seattle

I'm 61 years old and this is my first electronic review of any kind. After my third extra ordinary experience with this shop, all 3 being small jobs with the previous two bills being paid with various beverages, when asked most recently, "how much", the shop managers response was, "how about a Google review". Here it is: 1st experience 3 years ago - My new bronco sport front right corner looked like it had been keyed, but nothing through the clear coat. 99.9% perfect repair. You have to be within inches to see the ridges in the clear coat. Paid the bill with root beer and tequila for the shop guys (not intended to be drank together). 2nd experience 2 years ago - adhesive remover smoked the windscreen on my ducati 1098 while removing a track day sticker. The body shop tec used power tools with various grit compounds and had it clear again in about 10 minutes, and 0 nicks in the red paint. Again liquid refreshments covered the bill. 3rd experience recently- i backed into a vehicle at an airport. Again, no dent just clear coat transfer but this time it took a little paint off my vehicle. I provided the factory touch up paint and they "made it look like it never happended." Again I asked for a bill...and this review is all the Shop Manager asked for. Good group of guys at this shop. I watched them like a hawk when they had power grinding tools on my ducati, but just like pin striping, it's an art.

I have worked with the team at Big E Auto Rebuild in the past. I was recently involved in a car accident and chose to take my car into this WONDERFUL shop recently to have repairs completed after a car accident! The team (under the direction of Gil) is efficient, friendly, accommodating and EASY to work with! My insurance company also recommends them, as they work with them frequently! If you need to have car repairs completed, I highly recommend this team to do a thorough, quality job. They operate with high integrity! Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job with the repair of my car, they detailed it and washed it! It looks brand new!!! LOVE this shop!

Had to bring my 2025 Buick Enclave to them twice, working with the customer service reps were great, Gil and Justin were great. They worked well with my insurance, and it went smoothly, they also work with a 3rd party and that work smoothly. The ETA to receive the car back was right on point. Hopefully I won't have to bring it back anytime soon, but if so, I know I will be using them again. Prices were reasonable, just had to pay my deductible, but that was expected any were I went. I brought my car to Big E as I took my car to Brotherton Buick and they referred me as that is whom they use for body work and was hapy with them.

I'm so thankful for the car accident repairs that were completed at Big E's. They took care of my car like it was their own. My car and bumper looks brand new and I'm so happy with their services. I really appreciate working with JP. He accommodated communicating with me efficiently throughout my work schedule. Made the entire process smooth as possible. So thankful for all he did to get my car back on the road!

PERFECT ! I have had multiple cars through the years and always brought them to big E if I needed bodywork. Superior workmanship and top quality results! Wow!! Cannot be beat! Also Gill provided superior customer service skills... as well as high-level competency in locating hard to find parts. If you want to do business with a place that is ethical, competent, values you as a customer .. AND really works hard to deliver superior results: This is the place to go! Absolutely perfect!
