Bay Auto was awesome to work with. I brought in my 2014 Honda Accord with a “check charge system” issue that was super stressful and hard to pin down. They were professional, patient, and communicated clearly the whole time. What really impressed me was that the mechanic actually started his work day early just to get my car done in time so I could make it to work. That’s above and beyond and I seriously appreciate it. They also stood behind their work and made sure the issue was fully resolved. My car has been running perfect since. Highly recommend Bay Auto.

Yusha and Sal are a pleasure to talk with throughout the entire process! We ran into a pillar with some pretty bad door damage and they empathized with our situation no questions asked. We originally brought our car to two other shops, one a corporate collision shop, and were quoted 9k-10k+. They did an amazing job and would go back for any other issues we have in the future.

My overall experience at Bay’s was amazing! They were able to schedule a diagnostic two days out and had my vehicle diagnosed and done by the end of the day and even offered a cash discount. I only leave off 1 star because when I called to schedule this, Sal did not take down any information from me and ensured me he didn’t need any but when the front desk lady (apologies, I don’t know her name) called to update me about my vehicle she said she didn’t have any of my information down and that they had to search for it in my vehicle’s glove compartment. Room for better communication but overall I am very pleased! Thank you!
