I can honestly say that Apex Auto Repair & Tire is one of the best mechanic shops I’ve ever worked with in Seattle. I happened to drive by shortly after they opened and noticed the garage was clean, organized, and surprisingly quiet, so I decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. What really sets them apart is their digital inspection and progress reporting system. Throughout the process, they sent detailed updates with photos of every part they inspected and worked on. They explained everything clearly and professionally, making it easy to understand what was happening with my vehicle. If you’re interested in learning about your car, you’ll actually come away understanding more about how it works. The shop itself is spotless and looks brand new. More importantly, the cleanliness and organization reflect the professionalism of the team. You can tell the mechanics take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. I originally brought my car in for what I thought was just a squeaky brake issue. After a thorough inspection, they helped me address several underlying problems, including rebuilding components around the axle, installing four new tires, and replacing the brakes. At every step, they explained my options and never pressured me into unnecessary repairs. What impressed me most was that the manager even went out of his way to contact suppliers and look for discounts to help reduce the overall cost. Amazing new spot that just opened up. I can't recommend them enough. Paul is awesome and very knowledgeable. He did everything he could to ensure I was able to get the best prices for my repairs along with keeping me updated with any changes that came along prior to taking any further steps. John, who worked on my car, was awsome as well and did amazing work on my car. I really appreciated how John took the time to examine both my old parts and replacements to make sure my car recieved the better quality parts of the two to maximize my vehicle's life span. Some of the best service I have ever recieved hands down!

Paul and his crew were AMAZING to work with. Professional, funny, and got all my work done same day. They even added a printed paper of the work I declined so I’d have a quote of what I needed done! They had to do 30ish min over the 4H diag they quoted and they even did that for free and saved me some $$$. I’ll be bringing my car back here for all the work that still needs to be done! And Paul’s dog is VERY much a good boy :)

Great tire shop. Super friendly service and affordable. The waiting area is the most comfortable tire shop been in. Definitely worth checking out, and won’t disappoint.
