Really great, very honest, spoke to my mechanic family over the phone to make sure everything was good before we made a purchase, and called the next day to make sure everything was ok after driving, incredibly fast service! I ordered new wheels and tires from tirerack.com and I needed them installed in a hurry so I could safely (I was running a spare) head out of town. I called and talked with Rafael, went right to Angel’s, and within an hour I was on the road. Angel’s and Rafael are the best!

I was shaking and scared, especially being on an unfamiliar stretch of road. I took an exit I didn’t recognize, and thanks to my son pointing me left instead of right, I happened to see an “OPEN” sign for Angel’s Tire Shop. Rafael, who was working at the time, was incredibly kind and immediately offered to help. He inspected the tire, explained my options clearly, and suggested a replacement. At first he recommended getting two front tires for balance, but when I told him my car was all-wheel drive—not rear-wheel—he was completely respectful, didn’t push the sale, and never tried to upsell me. He was fair, honest, and professional from start to finish. In a moment that felt overwhelming, Rafael made me feel safe, supported, and taken care of. Pricing was fair, service was quick, and the whole experience restored my faith in small local businesses. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Angel’s Tire Shop to anyone.
