The water pump on our Toyota Highlander was failing. We took it in on a Saturday afternoon and John diagnosed the problem and called me within 2 hours with the diagnosis and the estimate. They began work Monday morning (it's a big job) and were done by Tuesday morning. They did a thorough job working in tight spots and charged a reasonable price. I'll use them again.
