I had a great experience and highly recommend Tacoma Parts Corporation. Nice company with a wide variety of quality parts for trucks. The owner is very polite and respectful with all customers, and the whole team is friendly and helpful. They also speak several languages, which makes communication very easy. Service is fast, professional, and they always make sure you get the right part.

I bought a bumper for a T6 80 Kenworth a few weeks back unfortunately during the shipping process the bumper got smacked around and we received it broken. The LTL shipper that left the box left it with my shop and of course my shop just signed without checking the products I reached out to Tacoma Truck Parts, because a young gentleman by the name of Dimitri had reached out prior that at the time of my order placements the address had been typed in incorrectly, and they did not show up on their GPS from the gecko, this gentleman went up and beyond, and looked past. My error called corrected my error, and then once we received the product, saw that it was broken. I had reached back out the same gentleman. Dimitri helped me out. The guy went with me almost by the hand from start to finish with the whole return process. He worked with me and talked to the shipper. Finally found a solution for me and the whole time this gentleman updated me called made sure everything was being handled appropriately, and I can’t honestly think this guy know he guided me as to what to do completely solved my solution and got the correct part shipped out again it was packed perfectly. We went through another LTL carrier and they did a phenomenal job Dimitri you’re a rockstar. Thank you for everything for sure for sure. I will continue to shop here and I highly recommend this place to anyone that is a truck fanatic just like we are.

Don’t cheat or take advantage of people. Be honest, transparent, and professional in everything you do.
