Sound Auto Care was infinitely helpful for me as I was in the process of selling my 2005 Sprinter van which has been sitting idle for years and needed a full and thorough makeover. Unlike every other mechanic shop I’d ever been to including when I would get the sprinter van worked on at the actual Mercedes dealership, Sound Auto care gives you a working and constantly updated link to a webpage with your full diagnostic report and everything they’re working on, what needs work and what may need work in the future. Not only was this helpful info wise, it was so simple to easily pass this info on to all the prospective buyers to see what they were potentially purchasing with full transparency. Jeff the point person was super helpful and communicative throughout. If you’re needing a vehicle fixed and especially getting it fixed for the purpose of selling a used/older vehicle, I’d highly recommend this place. Thanks again Sound Auto care! They were able to diagnose the problem with my 1995 F-250 Powerstroke and get it running again. They were a little apprehensive about taking on a vehicle that is 30 years old but they did. Great communication all along the way, I am satisfied and will return.

View on GoogleI love Sound Auto Care! I brought my beloved 20 year old CR-V to them. She (Alice) had only been to the Honda dealership since I bought her new and I wanted a fresh eye looking at her. The diagnostic test they did is the most thorough she's ever had. I made the decision to restore her as she has a manual transmission and they are rare these days, and I'm not ready to succumb to driving an automatic! Ruby was my mechanic. She did great work and the extra touch of cleaning the inside and vacuuming was greatly appreciated. The communication with Jeff, the service manager was the best I've ever had. He was extremely patient with me and answered my many questions. I love the link to check the work in process. I'm happy to be driving my old girl again! I recommend this place to everyone!!!
