Jason at Pacific Torque was not only knowledgeable about the service he was providing but he went above and beyond what was expected. I will be recommending anyone with a medium to heavy duty truck with an Allison transmission to go to these guys!!!!

View on GoogleIf you want actual quality: the fact of the matter is that engines and transmissions need the same parts no matter where you take the equipment. The only difference between shops work and prices are when parts are not replaced. Prices are dropped and purchases are made on price alone. Pacific Torque may not always have the cheapest price. They do always have the best value. I for one would rather pay a little extra for the value and warranty. Thanks for the great work!
