I visited this auto service yesterday. Based on my personal experience, I was disappointed with the way I was treated. The staff’s attitude felt unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer. This review reflects my own experience only. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

The owner is nice and he’s focused on his work and I’d rather have that than someone who’s being fake to get more money out of me. I trust this shop!

View on GoogleFirst and foremost, the owner doesn’t not give a crap about customers. Extremely rude! You have to literally chase him around to ask your questions or express your concerns about the issue that your car is having. No eye contact. Employees are more or less the same. They are also very dishonest about prices. If they get an opportunity to rip you off, then they will. Yesterday, I went to have my headlight that has been troublesome checked. They recommended to change a headlight for $60. Because it was only one side I had problems with. I thought it was only for 1 piece and asked him if it was for 1 piece that costs $60 bucks. Granted he is a scam he took my poorly informed honest question as an opportunity to say “Yep” then I realized that it comes in a pair in one box. I looked up the product at Amazon. Guys it costs $47. So he basically ripped me off because I he charged me $120 for the pair. I have going to this place for years! I will never spend a dime in this place again.
View on GoogleI had a terrible experience at this auto shop. The staff were extremely unprofessional and very disrespectful throughout the whole process. Instead of helping me with my vehicle issue, they were rude and dismissive, and in the end, they took my money without providing the proper service I paid for. They showed no accountability, no communication, and no respect for me as a customer. I left feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about fair treatment, honesty, and quality work.
