Warning: Get a second opinion before authorizing any work here. My wife brought our 2015 Honda Odyssey in for an inspection and was handed a $4k for "urgent" repairs including axles, suspension, and brakes. The biggest red flag was the $127 charge for an air filter. I checked it myself immediately after—it was brand new. I took the van to Integrity Motors for a second opinion, and they confirmed the car is in great shape; none of those major repairs were actually needed. If you want a shop that actually values honesty, I highly recommend going to Integrity Motors instead. Plateau Motors has definitely lost us as a returning customer. I plan to avoid them at all costs.

Every other shop charges an arm and a leg to get any regular maintenance done on the Eastside. I was not only extremely satisfied with how well they diagnosed the issue, but also their attention to detail to which I felt they gave our car. They fixed another issue that would have created a similar condition down the line and instead fixed it while they were there. It's great when you find a mechanic that knows you'll be back, but not because they didn't do their due diligence, rather because they build trust with their customers. Great service at a fair price. A++

Great folks. I got brakes of my Altima replaced on the same day. They gave quotes quickly and even used the parts(brake pads) that I already have. They are so honest when I asked if I have to replace brakes of all wheels and told me that front wheel brakes still have some life in them - so, they need not be replaced. I am very happy with their honesty and the price they quoted for the work. I would definitely recommend them.
