New owners in this shop, don't waste your time. Customer service isn't good at all. Previous owners made sure to take care of you. Didn't return calls and front desk staff just doesn't care at all. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. As you can see the owner responded below with a lie, that's not what happened at all. You guys offered me financing, I came in for a wheel repair and you guys told me you had rims for sale, 22" inch. Told me to come down. So I did and when I took the time out my day to come in you told me at 3:50pm I'd have to wait until Monday because you close at 5. "I hope you don't think you can get on here and start lying but that would go along with bad customer service. Nothing had anything to do with the price or financing. Here's some advice. Don't lie on google reviews. Like I said before to everyone. Don't take your money here, if I've ever sent you here I apologize. Now you can addd the owner too as well. Horrible customer service."

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. My experience here was a complete nightmare. What should have been a quick tire service turned into a relentless sales pitch filled with upsells, pressure tactics, and zero genuine care for the customer. Instead of focusing on the tires I asked for, I was bombarded with offers I never wanted: tire shine, “road packages,” and even repeated attempts to push me into buying new wheels altogether. The way the staff spoke sounded less like professionals and more like car lot salesmen trying to squeeze every last dollar out of me. When I asked simple questions about cost or time, I got vague, dodgy answers—like they were trying to wear me down until I gave in. By the end, it was clear this business is more interested in padding their sales numbers than providing honest service. The whole ordeal left me frustrated, annoyed, and regretting I ever stepped foot inside. If you enjoy being pressured, nickel-and-dimed, and treated like a walking wallet, this is the place for you. If not—save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service and excellent customer care! I had a squeaky noise issue on the front brakes of our Toyota RAV4, and Brandon was the one who inspected it. He was very polite, respectful, and professional from start to finish. What I really appreciated is how clearly Brandon explained the issue. He showed that the front brake pads were already about 20–30% worn and smartly recommended replacing both the brake pads and rotors so the squeaking noise would not come back. His explanation was very clear and honest, and you can tell he is very knowledgeable. On top of that, Brandon gave us a very reasonable and fair price, especially considering that the parts were new and labor was included. There was no pressure, and he made sure we understood everything before proceeding. Overall, Brandon is kind, respectful, honest, and very smart at what he does. The whole experience was smooth, and the staff was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend US Wheels Tire & Brakes, especially Brandon, for excellent service, fair pricing, and quality work!

Best tire shop in the city! Good service, good people very knowledgeable.Josh Helped me out to put together a rim and tire package I was a little unsure of what I wanted and what size made since for my vehicle to get the best ride. Josh help me all the way through did a full inspection of my vehicle and helped me find a perfect match for my car he even custom colored my brakes to match my vehicle. And when the service was done they offer a cleaning service of your vehicle as well. I definitely recommend this place. Ask for Josh!

My review is a little different, not related to tires... I had planned on a quick trip in to the nearby Walmart, so I'd left my car in Accessory Mode, so my dog could listen to music.🤦🏻‍♀️ Well I didn't realize that my lights were also on, and I took longer than expected. I came back to a dead battery, and I did not have jumper cables. I had asked multiple people, from other shoppers, to different departments in Walmart, a police officer, & the near by gas station with no luck. I will say I DO understand other shoppers in the parking lot being cautious. Finally... I'd gone into US Wheels and Tires, totally expecting another declination, but to my surprise, they agreed to walk out to my car w/me, using their jump starter to help me out. I was truly impressed with them taking the time to do this, when I wasn't buying something... Nice to know kind people exist.
