This shop is awesome and the customer service is amazing! I initially spoke with Daniel the Service Manager and he was very courteous and helpful. My car was making some weird sounds and I had to leave it there for a few days so they can look into it. They found some other maintenance work I needed so I chose to do some other services as we couldn't figure out exactly where the other noise was coming from. I took the car home and the other noise came on again on the freeway so I recorded it and emailed it to them. I dropped my car off the next day and also spoke to the owner Tony who is a great person. He was very patient, calm and ended up finding out what the issue was, and got it all fixed for me. It was nice to work with Daniel, the Service Manager, and Tony, the Owner and help find out exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciate their customer service and honesty. Daniel was very helpful and clear in communication. I was happy to talk to the business owner Tony who was very kind, patient, understanding, honest and I love the fact he was willing to take time to have a conversation and get to know each other as people. I like getting to know the actual business owner so I know who we're supporting in business. And Tony and team have definitely earned our business. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be taking my cars here moving forward. Thank you Daniel, Tony and team! God Bless!

Probably the most honest, efficient, and effective mechanic I have ever used and glad to always come back or refer friends/family to them. Needed them twice in the last 14 months and both times they completed the work same day (which I assume is a function of the problem), and both times after they checked my car they called with explained in detail the problem, fixes, amd estimates. First time was for my brakes (due to excessive squeaking noise), and told me how the brake pads still look relatively new and do not need replacing but the bearings were older but still have a lot more use left in them and its optional to replace. Two other places I went to before going to The Garage and they wanted to replace everything regardless of their operational effectiveness. I went back and followed up with the other asking about the brakes and they subsequently admitted they looked good, but they "suggest" replacing it all. Second time was for replacing the light bulb system in my headlight (system indicated two separate error codes). Due to the unique access point for the headlight, the recommended time for replacing was 3 hrs of labor (+parts). They again called with the estimates for parts/labor and mentioned that it not fully address the errors, I confirmed to proceed with the work as its a safety issue (especially have two new teen drivers at home). About a half hour later, they called again indicating that the mechanic was able to access the system much quicker than the recommended time, reducing the overall time and that my vehicle was ready. A couple days later on the weekend during their closed hours, they called me again to let me know that the amt of labor needed was additionally lower after they talked with the mechanic and let me know to expect an additional credit on my card in a few days. Ask yourself, how many mechanics (let alone any business) would go above and beyond after service to provide a refund? I never write reviews but after referring my coworker to them, I felt compelled to share my experience. Plus my coworker just had $12k in work done for two vehicles (done elsewhere) and after they picked up the cars some of their paid work was never completed after not having their cars for a couple weeks.

This was my first time coming to The Garage, because I was in need to get the brakes on my Lexus looked at. I was impressed by how straightforward the entire process was. Daniel took the time to explain each recommendation clearly, showed me exactly what was needed, and never made me feel pressured or confused. For my own peace of mind, when everything was done, I sent the full invoice to Chat GPT’s cost-analysis tool to double-check for any overcharging or unnecessary add-ons. The evaluation confirmed that the pricing was fair and that all of the services performed were appropriate and genuinely needed. That kind of transparency is rare in the auto world, and it made me feel completely confident in choosing them. I left feeling well taken care of, informed, and reassured. I’ll absolutely be back and will continue to recommend The Garage and especially Daniel to others. I forgot to mention that Daniel knew I was on a time crunch to get my car back so he made the effort to go and retrieve a part that was needed for my car rather than waiting for it to arrive at the shop. I appreciated that! Thank you!

This place is amazing. I called on a Wednesday afternoon not hoping for much since I know places could be fully booked. But when I spoke with one of the managers on the phone about my concern, they were able to squeeze me on their schedule the same day since my car problem is a bit minor. I was so grateful to them for that. This place really did me a solid. I met the managers and the mechanic who worked on my car at the shop. And they were all so nice and helpful. Their prices are competitive too. I called a few places around them and around where I lived in the other side of the city to compare. But this place has a really good pricing for their service. They also did an inspection of the other parts of my car. They tooks photos and made necessary notes of the parts that I needed to take care of without trying to coerce me into getting it fixed right then and there. Now, I have a better understanding of my car and its maintenance needs. And that inspection was part already part of the quote they gave me prior to servicing. So I really appreciate that. Also, for a mechanic shop, I didn't expect their place to be so nice and tidy looking. And you could also look into their work station/garage. And it was also so tidy and clean. I guess I've just been to other mechanics where it wasn't the case so I was pleasantly surprised with The Garage. I am definitely coming back here for my future car needs. They do everything regarding maintenance and fixing, except for body work and tires. Thank you Daniel, Dan and Mr. Mechanic that I didn't get the name of. I really appreciate your service.

This shop and the mechanics that worked on my car, are truly gems. Going in, I could only just describe my cars ' symptoms'. They worked diligently on it and I drove out of there with a car that worked. The staff was so kind. I find having to deal with a broke down car, to be very stressful, as I'm sure most people do. Having the staff at The Garage being so kind and knowledgeable about the job they were doing, eased me. The final cost was so reasonable also
