It’s bad enough the trailer hitch doesn’t come ready to use on the Model Y, but even worse when they don’t add the price to your estimate when you schedule it with another service. Surprise, after drop off they tell you the hitch estimate is actually $1500. So we confirm by 11am to remove the hitch installation from that day’s service, yet it still takes 8am-5pm for the car to be done…
View on GoogleI am frustrated with tesla. We bought a used tesla and headed home with it. We didnt even make it half way home and the car starts throwing a code. We conact tesla about it and ask for help on this car that we haven't even got 20 miles on at this point and they take days to get back to us and its weeks out to get service. Unhappy to say the least. The process was easy and quick but you sold me a car that was supposed to be tesla preowned and cleared for resale. This is very discouraging considering the next vehicle i was going to buy for my was going to ba a tesla. Might be rethinking that what a hassel. Both Ford and Toyota have always been very fast for service especially when the vehicle was not right immediately afte the sale.
