I'm giving a 5 star for this shop not just because the staff assisted me was also a Filipino but I'm really after the superb servuce they gave me. Harold ( the customer service representative ), Jerry ( the manager ) and Frank ( the technician ) delivered a phenomenal service. Didn't give me any issues or hassle at all. Harold was able to explained to me very bits of information especially about tires which was my initial concerns. He gave me better options of the tire that perfectly suit for my car. Hoping my car won't get any issues again but I highly recommend this shop for ultimate car service satisfaction to all my friends and relatives. Good job Sun Auto!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Manager was very attentive and respectful. Went in for new tires, found out one of my wheels were cracked, and the only hiccup was they were short staffed when I was able to bring in a replacement wheel the following day, and that process took over 6 hours to finish..... . Other than that everything else was great.

This will be the second time I’ve visited this shop. Both times the staff were so friendly I couldn’t believe it. Kindness in general is lacking these days so it was refreshing to have people be kind and not be trying to take advantage of a situation. I brought my car in for a battery replacement and the price was reasonable. They did a diagnostic on my car and I expected that since my car is older, over ten years old, that they would come back with a bunch of repair recommendations and scare tactics. But they were super honest, only recommended routine maintenance which I already knew I needed and said the car is in good shape which I also was already pretty sure of. they even gave me a few maintenance tips. I would recommend this shop to others and I’ll definitely be returning with my little car for any issues that arise. I hope they continue to hire good natured kind people like the ones I’ve met so far. :}

Great experience. Made an appointment online a couple days in advance. Confirmed my appointment in less than an hour. I needed my 100k maintenance done; drain and filling most of my 2020 Tacoma’s fluids (I changed my own engine oil and will do my own differentials). Also helped me loosen my fill plug for my differentials. I dropped off at 8am and picked up at 3pm on Saturday. Called me an uber to and from home. A $1500+ job at the dealership, done for less than $700. I will probably go back to get my serp belt and spark plugs changed when need to. Will recommend to anyone!
