Great tire shop, we were on freeway pulling our travel trailer and tire pressure sensor told us losing pressure fast. We found them nearby they helped us as soon as they could. Did a great job finding problems, replaced tire stem, very reasonably and we were back on the road. Great friendly people. Thanks so much
View on GoogleNot happy at all! Had 4 new tires put on apparently they did mount and balance and less than 4 days on the road one blows out and the other shears the bolts right off. Call roadside asst and they said the bolts were not tight and that it was not installed correctly! This vehicle has my child in it! I would not trust them with your family!

View on GoogleCouldn't get other tire stores, including the store where they were purchased, to check air pressure in tires on my motorhome. Discount manager off Grady recommended I go to Percell and told me how to get there. Greatest on arrival, check the air pressure in 4 of my tires, made sure I was taken care of for my trip to Montana and off I went. The gentleman doing the checks was extremely competent, knowledgeable and smiled the whole 20 minutes I was there. Great example of customer service that is lacking in many businesses today. I highly recommend this company and thank you Alice and I'm sorry I don't recall the gent that did the work but please enclude him also.
