Booked me in for services they couldn’t do (I wanted an oil change and repeat low tyre pressure diagnosis and fix). Turns out they don’t do tyres at all. Lied and said they at least checked my tyre pressure and claimed all my tyres were appropriately inflated. I’d checked the pressure prior and they were absolutely NOT appropriately inflated when I dropped the car off. Driving around with tyres that are not inflated to manufacturer’s specification is unsafe. I have no idea why these people chose to tell a lie that could have put a customer at risk. Imagine if I hadn’t checked my own tyre pressure and continued without re-inflating my tyres myself! They also upsold me on unnecessary brake work (I drive a Prius). Hugely dishonest mechanic that will not only rip you off but will also lie to you in ways that put you at risk.
