I took my suv to a mechanic to fix ac that wasn't working,and he told me my truck needed to replace a part that it would cost me $3000 plus parts. I called King's transmission they had me in the same day, next day I got a call from Allen and told me my truck was ready I only paid 570 dlrs. So I definitely recommend this shop. Eric and Allan were exceptional. They were extremely kind and honest. Eric worked extra hard to help troubleshoot the issues with my transmission and did extra research to find a solution, he saved me $7000 on a new transmission, and got my car running back to normal. Allan had superb customer service skills, and always made me feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend.

Allen’s response to Sophia is completely false! I spoke to Allen directly and calmly asked why he performed a diagnostic test without Sophia's consent. Instead of answering, he raised his voice and hung up on me. Your phone system claims to record all calls — so let’s play that conversation back for Eric, the owner of Kings. I expected basic honesty and professionalism. Instead, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of respect. For the record, the car was towed in on a Sunday, when the shop was closed. There was no communication between the tow‑truck driver, the police officer, or anyone at Kings before the vehicle was dropped off. Any claim suggesting otherwise is simply not true.
