They took great care of me. Good at keeping me informed about what is going on with the repair. Reasonable prices. They were over half the price of the dealership. They caught the fact that the oil change the Renton Honda dealer had just done a day before was leaking. The dealer forgot to put the washer back on with the drain plug.

They fixed a frustrating issue where water was dripping from the sunroof interior due to a very clogged drain hose. In addition they solved a super annoying problem with fasteners missing from the front bumper valence. That one has been bugging me for ages and I'm so grateful for the fix. Very good customer service, kind and respectful, completed the work quickly as advertised. Overall great work, we will be back again!

Reasonable pricing however I got my tire done and they didn't balance it and did not let me know that they didn't balance it I only found out once I got on the road and once I stopped I noticed that there were no new weights. I called back and they informed me that they didn't balance it because their balancer had issues. More irritating than anything because now I have to go get it balanced elsewhere.

Refused to do a simple oil change due to my ignition switch needing to connect four wires together (it was stolen last year and money prevented me from getting it serviced). When I asked why, the exact response was "I don't know". This was after I confirmed over the phone it wouldn't be an issue and took time out of my work day to drop my car off. This on top of them charging double what a real shop would. Avoid at all costs.
