I can’t recommend Harold’s enough! Bob and Alan are the sweetest and kindest humans. I got my car door replaced by them in under 3 hours. Super happy with their pricing and the work done is excellent! I hope I don’t come back but if I ever had to, they’re the number one place I would go to. Thank you so much guys! I had an excellent experience at Harold’s Rebuild in Renton. I took my car in for a scrape, and they gave me a very good price. They met the delivery deadline exactly as promised, and the work was of excellent quality—it looks brand new. Furthermore, the service was very friendly, and the experience of the gentlemen working there is clearly evident. It gives you a great sense of confidence to leave your car in the hands of people like that. I recommend them without hesitation.

After a mishap that left the fiberglass side skirts of my Lotus Evora 400 crushed, I was dreading the repair process. Finding a shop that even touches fiberglass repairs these days is a challenge—most places will just tell you it's easier (and cheaper) to replace the parts outright. Since the fiberglass body panel is actually the quarter panel, door sill, and front fender the Lotus dealership wanted almost $12,000 to replace. But replacing them wasn't what I wanted, so I needed to find a place that still values the art of repair. That's when I came across Harold's Auto Repair. I'll admit, the shop doesn't look like much from the outside—it's a modest, no-frills place. But don't let that fool you. Bob, the owner, and his team of technicians are masters of their craft. They took on the fiberglass repair with skill and precision, bringing the damaged side skirts back to life, then I also had them repaint to repair all rock chips on the surface of the door sills. When I got my car back, I was blown away; the skirts looked as good as new, as if nothing had ever happened. The level of detail and care that went into the repair is something you rarely find anymore, especially with a skill set like fiberglass work, which seems to be a dying art. Also, Bob was very upfront with the cost which ended up being extremely reasonable! Can't say enough about the quality of work and the price of the repair. If you're in the same boat, with damaged fiberglass on your vehicle, I can't recommend Harold's Auto Repair enough. They’re one of the few places left that still understand the value of repair over replacement, and they do it with an expertise that's hard to come by these days. My Lotus is back to its pristine self, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

The team here are competent and to the point professionals. I stopped here after comparing timelines/prices with three other shops, and was given a fair quote and quick turnaround. Within a week of first dropping in, they squeezed me in. After three short days, they called me to pick up my ride. The bill was exactly as expected, and the results far exceeded expectations.
