Brad at Gregg’s Japanese auto in Renton and his technician that looked at my truck were great. I was concerned I might have an oil leak and was expecting them to just take a quick peek in the parking lot, but they brought the truck in their shop and spent a good 45 minutes inspecting the truck completely and then charged me nothing. I was blown away and appreciated the generosity of their time and efforts. I will be bringing my truck back there in the future.

Had another great experience at Greg's on Sunset Blvd in Renton yesterday; they are my now-regular shop to service my 2012 Toyota Sienna. Martin and the on-duty tech did a very fast assessment of my burnt-out headlight, offered me three different bulb prices, and then showed me how to replace the bulbs myself. We discussed my upcoming 60K service and I got a readout on cost, so can plan for that this year. I left satisfied and feeling like I'd been well taken care of.
