As always, Andy from the maintenance team is quick and helpful with bookings,etc. I've been doing oil changes and maintenance here for 6 years since I bought my car. No problem. The waiting room is also clean and relaxing.
View on GoogleMy vehicle needed the entire charge port replaced and the service department was able to work with my insurance company to complete the repair. The when my vehicle was ready to get picked up at the end of the day, the service department sent me an uber to pick me up when all their drivers went home. I recommend coming here to get your car serviced, the service department was very professional and had excellent communication with me.

View on GoogleI went to this dealer service department to service the car I got from my cousin, since the car has been serviced here before, i have a confident that they will do a good job and take good care the car. After making an appointment and checked in on the scheduled appointment day and time, i was told by the service advisor Mark that the recall and oil change service will take about 2 hours, upon waiting for almost 3 hours, i went to follow up at the service counter if my car is done, unfortunately after that almost 3 hours waiting, they didn’t even touch my car, and the other service advisor( asian dude) who claim to be a service advisor’s supervisor said that he didn’t know what happened, Why the vehicle is not done. And didn’t even apologize until i become upset! Very disappointed, for waisting my 3 hours for nothing!Really there’s a lot of opportunity here to grow, i can tell that this dealer service department is very disorganized, no communication, no team work. I don’t trust this folks to do the job at all!
View on GoogleSimilar to others who have left reviews, my experience was disappointing after purchasing a new vehicle and then pursuing Service at this dealership. The challenges I experienced were first needing to wait nearly one month to get an appointment for a simple tire rotation. Second, on the day of service, it took nearly 3 hours for them to perform the rotation as part of the “free” maintenance that is included with the new vehicle purchase. This 3 hours was simply for the rotation, as no other typical “niceties” were included such as a car wash or basic vacuum nor oil change since the car is an EV (to be fair they did provide a car wash coupon, which was appreciated). This was pretty disappointing and of questionable value given the time and effort required for such a basic service. They also neglected to reset the service notice reminder on the vehicle. Also please beware that if called, they are unlikely to answer the phone. I truly hope the management will address the issue or hire more staff. Buyer beware for those that are looking to buy a new car and get it serviced at this dealership. Update: more recently things seem to have improved with answering of phones and appointment wait times. Updated stars accordingly
