I recently took my vehicle to Demuner’s repair shop, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the repairs my vehicle needed. They took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of the work was outstanding, and my vehicle was completed on time and at a fair price. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values customer service, transparency, and attention to detail. My car is running better than ever, and I have complete confidence in the repairs that were performed. They fit me in with little notice and completed the repairs as requested, which was the replacement of the lower front control arms on our minivan and a tire rotation and oil change. The labor fees were very fair. The parts had a somewhat significant markup compared to online for the same model numbers, but due to the short notice because we were planning a trip, they had to get them locally so I’m sure that was a factor. The parts were not OEM but our vehicle also has almost 90k miles so it made sense for the cost savings in this scenario. I would just recommend looking up the specific part brands and model numbers to make sure they’re reliable when you receive your estimate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasn’t told upfront that I needed to schedule an alignment elsewhere asap after the repair. I had to find that information myself and confirm with them. They may have planned to tell me afterwards, but I still had to consider that cost and make an appointment nearby since I live almost an hour away. They were also kind enough to drop me off downtown while the vehicle was being worked on and picked me up when it was done. It didn’t seem like something they do all of the time, but I couldn’t really drop my car off due to the distance from home. All in all, friendly service, and after the alignment elsewhere and a couple new tires, the ride is good as new and ultra smooth. I waited until we had put about 1,000 miles on the vehicle post repair to give this review.

I'm a first time customer at Demuner, new to the area. Made an appointment for an oil change on the Honda after I read some reviews. They did the oil change and a complete detailed inspection of the car top to bottom. I'll take care of the minor items on the list, wipers and engine air filter, but I'll return soon to have them change the spark plugs and anything else that comes up in the future. Great place to have you car serviced.

Great service and very honest mechanics. They explained everything clearly, finished the work on time, and the price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this place definitely earned my business. Highly recommend!!!

Great shop. They have been taking car of my car for years and do an amazing job. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Two thumbs way way up!
