I just had my timing chain replaced at this shop. Prior to talking to Jacob, I called around to find a shop that has experience doing this particular job. I can't believe how many shops out there did not have the experience or just did not want to to do the job. One specific shop in Kitsap County, which has great reviews, told me it was going to be approximately 9,000 to do the job. I said that is approximately 3 times more than what I was told it would cost and told him thanks anyway. Before I could hang up, he asked me what day would work best to bring my vehicle in. Really......I would never bring any of my vehicles there and I definitely will not recommend that business to anyone. Anyways, when I contacted D&W, they gave me a rough quote over the phone and said they could get my car in within a couple days. After they began working on my vehicle, they continued to update me. This means a lot. Most places don't and will surprise you when you pick up your vehicle. They fixed my vehicle in a couple of days and the price was very fair. Also they were very nice during every contact. D&W are professionals and understand how to operate a successful business. I definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

Just moved here from Atlanta for retirement and the first priority was to get a referral to have my truck looked at after a cross country journey when the check engine light started blinking. Turned out to be a faulty spark plug wire. So happy to find honest and polite mechanics. Being a senior woman it’s almost as important as finding a medical team. Thanks guys and consider me a solid client for life.

I adore this place. I have confidence in D & W and trust I’m not ever taken advantage of. Reliable work at a fair price. Nice people especially Jacob. Once the owner gave me a ride home!! Reminds me of the good old days.

I was recommend to D&W by family after some less than good experiences with my dealer and Jiffy-lube. I'm so glad I got the recommendations bc Jacob and the team was amazing. Price was very fair for my check-in but ON TOP of the that, the team found a cap issue for my oil, got the new part, and added it. Not only was the price fair for the service but the above and beyond service made that even sweeter. The team also put my mind at ease on something my dealer had recommend for $450+ that they said I did not need right now. This might not be the "15 minute" service you can have at Jiffy but they will be getting my business going forward bc it's not about convenience when it comes to servicing my F150, it's trust. They have it and I look forward to their help in the future.

After searching for a local mechanic I decided to give D&W a try. Took my Durango in for diagnostics because it was making a funny noise. Unfortunately the mechanic couldn’t duplicate the same noise and it didn't give him any codes indicating an issue but I was impressed by their honesty AND he didn’t even charge me since they couldn’t replicate the noise and didn’t see any issues at the time. I was pleasantly surprised by that! Needless to say I will be back when my car acts up again! Would definitely do business with them again!
