Service Point Truck & Trailer Repair(Alignment)

I previously left a 5-star positive review for this place, but after my recent experiences, I’ve decided to update it. I’ve been working only with this shop for over a year. Every time I come in, I clearly specify what needs to be checked (like tire pressure and air suspension), and I even send detailed messages. However, they only complete about half of the requested work and completely ignore the rest. I leave my truck and I’m told it will be ready the next day. When I come back, the work isn’t done because a part is missing—but no one informs me in advance. If they had told me earlier, I could have found and brought the part myself. Finding this out at pickup time is a complete waste of time. Communication is very poor. Messages are ignored. At one point, I even sent a picture of a part and was told I’d get a response, but despite following up multiple times, I never got a reply. As they’ve gotten busier, the quality of service and attention has clearly dropped. You don’t feel valued as a customer. You expect them to properly check your vehicle and help identify issues, but that’s not the case. Prices are no longer reasonable considering the level of service provided. After these experiences, I will not be returning.

had a terrible experience at this shop. I brought my truck in to check the warning lights on the dashboard. They told me to drop it off and come back the next day. When I returned, they said it would take 5 hours of labor and an additional $100 just to hook up the computer. I paid via Zelle, expecting a proper fix. After driving less than 50 miles, all the warning lights came back on. It was clear they had just cleared the codes instead of diagnosing and fixing the actual problem. Since I’m not from the area and don’t know when I’ll be back, I asked for at least a partial refund, but they ignored me and blamed the issue on my truck’s mileage. Unfortunately, since I paid with Zelle, I can’t dispute the charge. If you do go here, I highly recommend staying with your truck and verifying their work before leaving. But honestly, if you have other options—avoid this place. $750 wasted.

I been coming to this shop for months—- they’re pretty fast and reasonable prices—- first time for tires 2nd time trailer floor and now trailer light — no waiting time always there for u ,,,best shop in Seattle area !!!!thank u guys

We been working with Service point truck and trailer repair for over two years, these guys are very knowledge, they can fix almost everything. When you need something to be fixed in urgent these are the guys to go. Highly recommend this shop.
