The owners and the staff that work at this tire shop are amazing. Every time we call or go in Tim at the front counter has been awesome and helps us with any thing we need. He take care of all of your needs for your vehicle in a timely manner. Their prices are very competitive. I can't say enough good things about this location. I highly recommend them. On my way to an appointment in Newport, the brake light on my 2009 Envoy came on. I called Perfection Tire to see if they could take a look at it. Tim had me bring the rig over. I needed new brakes and rotors. They were able to fit me in that same day! Thank you Perfection Tire!!

Everyone here was amazing. As a woman I do get a bit intimidated about car repairs. It was so refreshing to not be pressured into unnecessary repairs. They were affordable and took the time to explain what was needed for the repair and why, along with showing me the issues first hand. I felt very confident in their mechanic and front desk guys. I’m very thankful as a mom to have a safe vehicle and will definitely be coming back!

My husband I trusted this place after reading all of their great reviews, but it has been nothing but a nightmare since purchasing tires from them. I got 4 new tires back in September 2024, and it is now March 2026. Within the year and a half of putting new tires on my car I have been into their place of business for low tire pressure or a completely flat tire 6 times. When it happened the first time less than a week or getting my tires it should have been a red flag. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they fixed a bad valve stem. The next several times contributed to be valve stems and sensors (once was a screw and take blame for that one). It's been annoying but they have always been nice, fixed the issue and sent me on my way... until last Friday. I was almost to work and my low pressure light came on. This is not uncommon given the last year and a half with these tires so I configured to work. About 20 minutes later was radioed at work telling me my tire was flat in the parking lot. The following morning I got my car into precision tire and they told me they had bad news and good news... bad news is the tire had a puncture in the side, was one they had already patched. The other bad news is one of the cords had snapped and I might need a new tire. Then the good news was that they were able to patch it and trimmed the cord back so hopefully it didn't puncture my tire. Today (the following Monday) I stopped into another tire shop to have them take a look at it and give me a second opinion. They told me they wouldn't touch my tire especially if it had a broken cord because it could blow out on my way home and leave them liable. This was a completely fair response from the second company, as it was further explained to me how dangerous precision tire left my tire and let me leave, knowing I would be driving on it. I travel on a fast highway to get to work, and I'm one pothole away from a severe blowout according to my own research and the opinion of this second tire shop. I would not recommend this company, especially this location to anyone. They put my and my children's safety at risk when they assured me my tire was fine and sent me on my way after "fixing" it.

I was coming through town from out-of-state and had tire trouble. Thought I was up the creek without a paddle if you know what I mean. Went to perfection tire and talk to Timmy. Explained the issue and the solution very clearly and made the whole situation a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place and to talk to Tim. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and knows the meaning of customer service thanks Tim.
