We had a great experience with this company and would definitely use them again. Our dryer had developed a loud squeaking noise, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was causing it, and walked us through the repair options without any pressure. One thing we really appreciated was their honesty. They took the time to show us the worn parts, explained the condition of the drum felt, and were able to repair it instead of immediately replacing it, which saved us money while still giving us confidence in the repair. They were transparent about everything, answered all of our questions, and never tried to upsell us. The repair was completed efficiently, our dryer is now running quietly again, and the whole process was professional from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a company that’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Our washing machine had started giving us an error message and/or walking itself across the floor whenever we tried to do a load of laundry. We reached out for a quote and they sent a technician out right away to do a free consultation. The technician, Stanislav, was really kind and helpful. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, ordered the part we needed, and came back to do the fix within a few days. All in all it ended up being much more affordable than we had originally anticipated. I also appreciated how they not only gave us a window of time for the service repair, but then they would also text us before arriving with a more specific ETA. Overall happy with our experience and would use their services again if need be!

View on GoogleWhen our Bosch dishwasher displayed a code E15 error warning- possible water leak- on a holiday Sunday we weren't sure what to do! We called Appliance Repair Service and they answered the phone and scheduled us for the next morning. Eugene showed up promptly, diagnosed our dishwasher problem and gave us a diagnosis/estimate. We scheduled a convenient time for the repair and Eugene arrived with needed parts, agian promptly as planned. His repairs were right and we are happily using our 9 year old dishwasher again!
