They did a great job! I will come back 10x over. Stacey, kept me informed every step of the way. By requested for progress reports and she went above and beyond sending pictures along the way. Viktor, has great craftsman ship he is a true artist. Very efficient and recommend to anyone with a Tesla that may have to wait months for an estimate and repair to get work done here with out the wait!!
View on Googleon 4/4/25, my practically new 2024 chevy malibu sustained severe bumper damage from an automatic car wash. i drove it to vc collision repair in marysville and could not be happier with their stellar service all around! the estimate provided for the damage was fair and they were able to have me drop my vehicle off whenever worked best for me instead of operating by appointment! very sweet, patient young lady who helped me answer all my questions and they accommodated me very quickly. within a week of dropping it off, on 4/29 vc collision repair reached out to me letting me know my car was ready!! it’s unfortunate that this situation happened especially with it being my first car, but i know exactly where to come back & recommend to anyone needing solid work on their vehicle! amazing place run by amazing people! thank you guys!! 🫶

View on GoogleMy car looks good, but they never bothered to keep me updated along the way or even tell me how long the repairs would take. They called me two hours before they were going to close for the day to tell me my car is ready. It was a Friday and I was about to leave for a trip the next morning. I was informed that I would be charged a storage fee everyday I did not pick up my car after three days. I assumed it would not be done for at least a week because that is what I was told when I called a few days prior, although the woman did not really know how far along the repairs were. The work seems good so far, but the lack of communication was extremely frustrating.
