Stryker automotive is professional, courteous, communicative and honest. I’m grateful I chose to take my vehicle to them when she decided to not start for me. Got my car back in the time they said it would be done, the price they quoted me for and nearly rocketed my ass out of the parking lot because they got my car running way better than it was before she died. Hardly touched the gas and shot out of the parking lot like I was getting chased out of the Upside Down. Cassie answered my call, and explained everything to me and kept me updated. After the first call I didn’t have to make several attempts to find out about my car. I was updated regularly until it was fixed. They are the best. Will not go to anyone else for car repair.

We stopped at the Outlet Mall on our way camping for the weekend. The fuel pump went out on the truck, and we were stranded in the parking lot at 2:00 pm on a Friday. Always a scary thing. I found Stryker Automotive online and gave them a call to see if they could help. They did not commit to getting the work done that day as they had a packed schedule and were closed on the weekends and could maybe look at on Monday. They recommend a towing company (Arrow and Hook Towing) who got to us in less than 20 mins. Since Stryker Automotive is close to the mall, they had the truck just before 3:00. They were able to not only look at the truck (2001 Dodge) but had a mechanic who was willing to work it in and had it fixed just as they were closing. Stryker Automotive did not make any promises but went out of their way to help. The cost was even below the quote. They are very professional and honest; I am very grateful I found they. Thank you.

I would recommend Stryker to anyone!!! They were so accommodating and knowledgeable. They got us in quickly when our van had a coolant leak, showed us along the way how the repairs were going, allowed us to lounge with our pups in the waiting area and even gave us tips on places to visit in the area! Our vehicle is up and running great now and we couldn’t be happier with the service! PJ, Cassidy and JR were fantastic…..and they listen to great music!

I had a vehicle inspected by Stryker prior to making a purchase offer. The store manager not only performed the inspection in a timely manner but also called and spent an extended period of time detailing all the issues that this car may have. I live an hour away from Marysville but now I'm considering taking my own car there for work. I am impressed.

I'm going to this location since they opened even before then when I was Stryker Brothers that striker automotive those guys are smart and talented great customer service... I've gone in a few times with what I thought was a problem after they fixed something they're good at their reassurance they'll even top off fluids if it's not too much you know for free it's nice it's very nice I love going there wouldn't go anywhere else
