Molly and John were absolute angels and made me feel like family. They were friendly, efficient and had very fair prices. Every window was vandalized in my truck and they were able to get everything ordered, delivered and installed in less than a week. I would definitely use them again. They also do mobile installation.

I chose this company on a whim based on a list of approved companies through my insurance for a windshield replacement, and immediately was so glad I did after my phone conversation with John. His jokes, kind demeanor, and incredible attention to detail is what won me over. He saw the windshield that was delivered as my replacement came with a bit of damage and he immediately reached out to me and ensured me that he ordered multiple more to make sure that they get at least one without damage! I felt truly taken care of, and I knew I was getting the best! He also gave great suggestions to help us make the best decision moving forward for our coverage in the event that this happens again (because, of course it will). Overall, I went into choosing this company from a blind list, and I truly feel like we lucked out. I will absolutely be recommending this place to every person I know. Beware of the dad jokes; they are brutal. 😉
View on GoogleI can’t say enough great things about John and his team at Rainier Auto! I tried fixing my rear view mirror which I had no business doing! Super glue is NOT the answer and ultimately ruined my windshield! I called John at Rainier to get some help and he told me to head to his shop right away so he could take a look at it to see how he could help. He pulled it in and tried his best to fix my mistake but it wasn’t going to be a guaranteed fix. He helped me order a new windshield and told me what mirror to buy so I could get it installed shortly after the windshield replacement. What a solid guy, love that it’s a family business and how personable of a guy he is. I’m so thankful we met because now he takes care of my fleet for my business whenever we have rocks hit our windshields on the freeway (which is way too often for my liking). He also accepts insurance and asks that question first! What a genuine honest guy! You won’t regret using John at Rainier Auto Glass!

Needed windshield and rear window replaced and they squeezed our 2006 Silverado in same day and in and out of the shop in a very impressive time frame. I'd personally give them more than 5 stars if possible. Rainier Auto Glass is our go to auto glass repair/replacement. Definitely highly recommended. 👌
