Fred did a perfect job for me on my 1967 plymouth fury convertible and it looks great, but it was almost 20 years ago but it takes 3 times as long as a repair and he deserves to get 3 times the money for that, but my car looks like new today still

I got into a rear and accident and took it in. Tanya was great to work with and took care of all the insurance stuff and Fred and company fully restored my bumper. The most impressive is their paint work. I was shocked at the quality and how great it looked. They were quick and even detailed the inside of my car. Overall great experience, friendly people and I would absolutely work with them again. Highly recommend them!

Northwestern Auto body showed extremely bad service and showed themselves in an unprofessional manner for an estimate on my 2021 Ford F-150. They not only didn’t provide me a workable estimate, but the lady was extremely rude and hard to understand as her english was horrible too.as I had to explain several times to her and got nothing by arguments from her. I went to them needing an estimate for an insurance claim. They not only would not give me an estimate once they found out someone had provided a cheaper estimate to my insurance company and claim, they then became rude and said they would send anything off knowing that their bid would not be considered. The lady handling my estimate wanted to talk and explain things for almost a half an hour and wouldn’t give me what I asked for in a simple estimate. I would not recommend this place as you can see they have many negative reviews.
