This truck is an absolute beast — featuring the 6.2L LS Corvette engine, active exhaust system, 6-inch lift, BFG all-terrain tires, Rocky Ridge skid plate, custom Rocky Ridge seats, wheels, brake caliper covers, and even a gun safe in the center console. Will never use them again. They told us repair would take one week. They didn't even start the repair until 8 days later. Zero communication. We would call to check up with no answer & no returned calls. When we finally picked our car up not all of the work had been done when we were told it was done & ready. Very unprofessional & expensive for horrible service.

Was told the vehicle had all its oil, fluid changes done on time and at the dealership. The GM records say differently...the trans fluid hadn't been chaged in over 100,000 miles! They agreed to change it but charged me $400!! Barely got home and had transmission siege up. Now it needs a new transmission! Not a happy camper to sat the least.

I bought my 2013 Chevy Camaro from Kendall Chevrolet in Marysville about 5 or 6 years ago, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best car experiences I’ve ever had. From the day I drove it off the lot, I’ve absolutely loved this car — the performance, the design, and that pure Chevy feel. Recently, my Camaro developed an engine issue and ended up throwing a rod. It was a tough situation since the repair ended up costing over $15,000 to replace the engine. At one point, I even considered putting that money toward a used car instead, but I just couldn’t let go of my Camaro. That’s how much I enjoy driving it — so I decided to invest in a new engine and keep it on the road. Throughout the process, the team at Kendall Chevrolet — especially my service representative, Steve Wilson — made the experience a lot easier. Steve was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get my car back in great shape. He treated me with respect and made me feel welcome every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find that kind of customer service, and I really appreciate it. Overall, Kendall Chevrolet has been great to work with, both when I first bought my Camaro and now years later when I needed major repairs. I’ve always been a fan of the Chevy brand, and this experience only reinforced that loyalty. My dream car is a ZL1 Camaro, and hopefully one day I’ll be back at Kendall Chevrolet to make that dream a reality. Great service but you'll pay for it. Follow up.... Let me clarify. I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube the time before last. I was just shocked to find out that the dealer charged me $83.15 more than Jiffy Lube. I am more than happy to pay extra for the dealer to do the job, but damn. It was well over double the price. To top it all off, there was oil all over my starting wheel and floor mat when I got back in my truck. One last note. I was told that my cabin filter needed changed. I just smiled knowing that I changed it less than one month ago. I've bought the last four cars of mine here and love the sales people, but.... In a nut shell, if you want a cheaper, quicker, cleaner job, look elsewhere.
