Great place to get body work done, they were very easy to work with and got my car done in a timely manner. The body and paint work were great, looks like new. They also sent updates on the progress a couple times a week which was nice. Would definitely recommend this shop if you find yourself in need of repairs
View on GoogleThe Carstar team is absolutely wonderful. I Had an insurance claim, and they handled all of that! It made the process extremely easy for me. They even set up the rental car for me as well as the mechanical issues that my car had. Their team went above an beyond forsure! So friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated the entire way threw. And was finished with my car before their estimated date, so that was awesome and helpful. The work they did to my car was perfect. Im very satisfied and will definitely return.i will be recommending Carstar to everyone. Thank you all again!
View on GoogleHuge shout out to everyone at ARA CARSTAR in Marysville. I unfortunately had a little incident in my brand new raptor while out camping and exploring and sustained some cosmetic damage, along with a broken bracket on the body and side step. Without hesitation, I called CARSTAR and got scheduled for the repair. Clint, Misty, and Rob worked with me getting the quote, rental car, and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Not only were they professional with their work, they all were very respectful and treated me more like a friend than a customer. If I ever need a body shop again, I will choose no one other than CARSTAR in Marysville.
View on GoogleI recently moved to Washington and needed a front license plate installed was recommended to Ara Carstar. since there wasnt any holes for a front plate, they were able to make the adjustment to my front bumper. I showed up early and they took mely car right away with no waiting, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! shout out to Nick & Ron for the outstanding work. When I expected to pay, they didn't charge me...WOW I really didn't expect that pleasant surprise. I will definitely return to the shop if I am ever in the need for body work.
View on GoogleVery fast and friendly service, Ron the manager was very informative with the process and explained it well and Christy the reception was very helpful and friendly, my car was fixed in no time. Took it in Wednesday got it done the next day and my car looks like nothing happened to it, they even buffed some of the other scratches on the fenders making it look line newly painted as well. Great job I recomend this shop to my family and friends. Thank you for a a job well done guys.
