🔥🔥I am highly impressed with this shop, the customer service, quality of the work and the responsive communication. I usually take my Jeep to the dealership but I was in a crunch and needed the work done asap. I called on a Friday morning and was seen within the hour, most places-including the dealership, it can take days. Bri was who I first and last saw while dealing with the Jeep issues. She was/is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Auto Star (Bri) worked with my warranty. This Jeep issue happen at the beginning of Dec 2025 and was going to cost a pretty penny, Bri worked her charm and was able to get the warranty company to cover their portion and then some. My husband and I were extremely blessed. She definitely went above and beyond. Even staying after hours until I was able to get there from a neighbor. I plan to bring my Jeep and any other cars we have to Auto Star. On a side note they also sell cars/trucks and they will definitely be my first stop as we approach finding a second vehicle. I know when I come to Auto Star I will be taken care of and the issues will be fixed. They are an honest repair shop with amazing customer service, quality work and real down to earth people. Stay away from this place!!!!!! I scheduled repairs on Feb 25, was told parts would be ordered that day, and booked for 8am March 2 (3-hour job). We arrived to locked gates and no one there. After multiple excuses and delays, Dubar finally showed up late and offered 10% off. Despite being told parts were pre-ordered, they weren’t. First a part was delayed, then they received the wrong one. I uncovered multiple lies about the mechanics — was told the same staff worked there, then learned only one original mechanic is part-time, and Dubar does the work himself. I requested that mechanic; never got promised follow-up calls. When I picked up my van March 4, Dubar was rude, interrupted constantly, falsely claimed another mechanic (who hasn’t worked there in over a month) did the job, and didn’t include the promised 10% discount. After arguing, I got 20% off labor. The trust built by the previous owner was destroyed in one transaction. Save your time, money, and sanity — do not trust this shop while Dubar is running it.

Had a fantastic experience working with Auto Star . I Was looking for a first car for my oldest and happened to find the one on this lot . Messaged them at 7am and got an immediate response , had a very easy and constructive conversation and was able to have a deal done before 8am . Once I arrived to the dealership I was immediately greeted with warm welcome . Overall it was a great purchase experience and I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a Good used vehicle to visit them ! Thank you

Auto Star did an outstanding job with my water pump and serpentine belt replacement. Brianna even gave me a lift home and back while I waited on the work to be done. Truck is running great! Highly recommend!

Had a pretty big mystery involving my 08 Chevy 3500 vortec. Random no start/no crank or starter would stick. Then random lights and dash symbols. Tried what I knew including new batteries and starter. Nothing changed. The shop picked up my truck and was honest and up front. Mystery kept getting deeper and they were upfront about needing an expert. Jamie used his resources and towed the truck and coordinated with the 3rd party and ultimately found a few contributing factors. The truck was then delivered to my house. My biggest complement is knowing when to stop and assess and not just dump excess hours into something. Appreciated.
