Took my car here after two other tire shops had taken my $$. Called to explain my problem over the phone, they told me to bring it in that day. Figured out the issue and resolved it in an hour. I spent $40 on the fix after being screwed out of $1200 at Firestone and $150 at Pacific Tire Shop.
View on GoogleIMPORTANT: Read Before Purchasing I very strongly advise against doing business with West Coast Wheels and Tires. Two months after purchasing wheels and tires from Asim at this shop, one of my wheels completely detached while I was driving on the highway. The tire rolled across two lanes of traffic, nearly causing multiple accidents. It’s a miracle no one was hurt. After consulting several professionals, the consensus is that the lug nuts were not properly tightened during installation. When I contacted Asim, he immediately deflected responsibility, suggesting someone may have tampered with the wheels and claiming that if his team had made a mistake, the wheel would have come off on my way home from his shop. This is simply incorrect. He also denied receiving my messages and refused to provide video footage, stating the camera angle didn’t capture the installation after telling me he had cameras all over showing his workers setting the proper torque. This experience has been deeply unsettling. The damage to my car exceeds the cost of the wheels, and the situation could have been far worse—my children could have been in the car. I regret ignoring earlier reviews because Asim initially seemed trustworthy and nice. Unfortunately, that changed once the sale was complete. There are many reputable shops out there. For your safety and that of your loved ones, I urge you to choose another provider.
View on GoogleFriendly guys and good work but not good at communication. I called several times to get an update on my truck that was getting a lift, after being told they would call me. After not receiving a call I called. I called about 5 times over four different days only to be told every time “I get back to you” and they never did. If you have a job needing to be done over a few days make sure you call and you are persistent other wise you won’t get a call back.

View on GoogleThe only wheel and tire shop around that could confidently mount and balance my 24x14s, I called many shops before that said they could mount this size but ended up saying they couldn’t once they saw the offset, I’m glad I found this shop and no questions asked they got it done! Definitely recommend this place for all wheel and tire needs!
